Pillar 1: Patients & Families
Help Patients Access
Life-Saving Care
Access to basic diabetes care shouldn’t depend on income or insurance status. Your gift provides the critical tools, medication, and support people need to survive and thrive with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D).
Here’s what your support can do:
- $50 → Provides a New Diagnosis Support Kit, including a meter, starter supplies, education materials, and peer support access
- $250 → Covers one month of insulin for an uninsured patient
- $500 → Provides a donated CGM (Dexcom or Libre) to a low-income patient, plus personalized training
- $1,000 → Funds a full year of emergency medical aid for a family in crisis
- $2,500 → Equips five newly diagnosed youth with CGMs, meters, and education sessions
Every person deserves the chance to manage their diabetes safely and with dignity — no matter their background or financial situation. Together, we can close the gap and bring lifesaving tools to those who need them most.
The Kopp Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN: 33-3787810). Your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
