We know that navigating Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) can feel like too much. That’s why we make it easy to get the right answers, at the right time, from people who care.

Need guidance, not judgment? Our Helpline team includes trained volunteers, caregivers, young adults with T1D, and social workers. We’re here to:
- Talk through tough moments
- Explain insulin and tech options in plain language
- Connect you with emotional or financial support
- Offer guidance for school and work accommodations
