Strategic Roadmap
From Local Pilot to Global Youth-Led Change
Our Strategic Roadmap lays out a bold path to transform how Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) is detected, managed, and eventually cured. With youth leadership at its core, our strategy focuses on scaling innovation, education, and access from our Philadelphia base to national and global levels.
We are guided by three interconnected phases that build on each other, evolving from proof-of-concept to global transformation.
2025–2027
Launch patient-focused programs, innovation pilots, and key partnerships to deliver immediate impact.
2028–2030
Scale solutions to national and international levels, expand access, and intensify advocacy efforts.
2031–2035
Pioneer functional cures, establish global equity, and influence systemic change worldwide.
Our roadmap is not just a plan; it is a vision of hope and action that connects innovation with the lives of millions.
